Scope
These terms apply between you and Hemp and Safety Ltd (company number 13208900) when you use the public Hemp & Safety website and the current Eligibility, Entry Assessment, Discovery and Creator Review Pad tools. They do not create paid-service terms, clinical care terms or a professional-advisory engagement.
What the tools do—and do not do
The website and tools provide informational, educational and structured assessment support. Results depend on the information entered and the rules or evidence available to the service at the time.
- Eligibility gives an indication only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription decision or a guarantee of clinical suitability.
- Entry and Discovery provide initial or preliminary interpretation. They do not determine legal compliance, licensing or regulatory approval and do not replace advice from a suitably qualified professional.
- Creator Review Pad records personal sensory observations. Label extraction suggests visible printed details; it does not verify authenticity, composition, product quality, safety or suitability.
- Directory inclusion is informational, not endorsement. Clinics and providers make their own decisions.
Seek appropriate medical, legal, regulatory or other professional help for decisions that require it.
Your part
Provide information you are entitled to provide and take reasonable care that it is accurate. Keep private access credentials such as HSI-TALK organisation credentials and DAX keys confidential. Do not try to access another person’s report, bypass security, disrupt a service, upload malicious or unlawful material, or use the tools to infringe another person’s rights.
If you upload an image or content, make sure you have the right to use it. Avoid placing unnecessary health or sensitive information in general free-text fields.
External links and services
The site may open clinic/provider websites, Calendly, email or telephone software. Those services are operated separately and apply their own terms and privacy notices. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that external information is current. Verify provider information directly before relying on it.
Site materials
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Hemp & Safety site design, text, assessment presentation, branding and original materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the tools and retain your own results for personal or internal organisational purposes. Do not copy, resell or misrepresent the service or its materials as your own.
You retain responsibility for content you enter or upload. You permit the service to process that content only as needed to provide and secure the feature you choose, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the services useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. A feature may be corrected, secured, suspended or changed where reasonably necessary. Keep copies of any records you need and do not use an assessment reference as your only business or health record.
Reasonable responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Within that boundary, Hemp & Safety is not responsible for a decision made as if an informational result were professional advice, for an external provider’s acts, or for loss caused by misuse of a private access credential. These terms are intended to set practical service boundaries, not remove rights you have under applicable law.
No governing-law or jurisdiction clause is included in this concise public version.
